Welcome to AR Creative Labs. By downloading, installing, or using any of our mobile applications ("Apps"), including LoveVerse, Neon Drop, Laser Loop, OrbitSwitch, and Vetri Vizha, available via arunraja.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Apps, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Apps.
2. Use of Our Apps
Our Apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to:
- Use our Apps only for lawful purposes
- Not modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code
- Not use our Apps to harm, harass, or infringe on the rights of others
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
3. User-Generated Content
Certain Apps (such as LoveVerse) allow you to upload photos and text to share privately with a paired partner.
- Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You agree not to upload anything unlawful, abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
- Moderation: While we do not actively monitor private chats, we reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or are reported for abuse.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some of our Apps offer auto-renewing premium subscriptions (e.g., LoveVerse Premium).
- Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation: You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your device's Account Settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of AR Creative Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR APPS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AR CREATIVE LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data or content
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Device damage or malfunction
- Any other damages arising from your use of our Apps
8. Updates and Changes
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue our Apps at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
